Delivery is 85 EGP to Cairo and Giza, 95 EGP to Alexandria, and 110 EGP everywhere else in Egypt. Rates are set by destination, and every one of Egypt's governorates has one — no address is out of reach.

Delivery is complimentary on any order of 1,000 EGP or more.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver in Egypt — you pay the courier when your order reaches your door.

We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched, so you always know when to expect it.

Yes. Every order arrives with a 5g Perfume Butter — a gesture from the House of Bavona. You choose its scent in the bag. It is included on every order, with no minimum.

Orders arrive within 2–7 working days, and toward the longer end of that during busy periods. Any delivery timescale is indicative only.

An order going to one address may arrive in more than one delivery, but you are charged only once. If you asked for delivery to more than one address, a separate charge applies to each destination.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If supply is delayed by such an event we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to limit the delay. Where there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the order and receive a refund for anything paid for but not received.
