What does delivery cost?
Delivery is 85 EGP to Cairo and Giza, 95 EGP to Alexandria and 110 EGP everywhere else in Egypt. Rates depend on where you are, and every governorate has one, so no address is out of reach.
Delivery is free on any order of 950 EGP or more.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery works everywhere we deliver in Egypt. You pay the courier when your order arrives at your door.
We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it ships, so you always know when to expect it.
Is there a gift with my order?
Yes. Every order comes with a 5g Perfume Butter, on us. You pick its scent in your bag. It's included with every order, with no minimum.
Delivery times
Orders arrive within 2–7 working days, and closer to the longer end in busy periods. Any delivery time is a guide only.
An order to one address might arrive in more than one delivery, but you only pay once. If you asked for delivery to more than one address, each address is charged separately.
If a delivery is late
We're not responsible for delays outside our control. If one of those holds up your order, we'll contact you as soon as we can and work to keep the delay short. If a long delay is likely, you can contact us to cancel the order. You'll get a refund for anything you paid for but didn't receive.
