Shipping & Delivery

Delivery to all other major cities is available; the rate varies by city and is shown at checkout. Working days exclude Friday, Saturday and national holidays.

Orders arrive within 2–7 working days. During busy periods this may extend to 7 working days. Any delivery timescale is indicative only.

An order going to one address may arrive in more than one delivery, but you are charged only once. If you asked for delivery to more than one address, a separate charge applies to each destination.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If supply is delayed by such an event we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to limit the delay. Where there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the order and receive a refund for anything paid for but not received.
